With only a couple of months away from Defiance‘s official release, Trion Worlds has released new information on the game’s official Twitter page. The video on the page shows off the game’s competitive multiplayer mode.
The idea of engaging in battle is pretty simple; go out onto the field and destroy things that do matter to complete your objectives. However PvP in Defiance is somewhat similar yet different. The game contains four main and different EGO powers which players utilize with various combinations with their perks. So far what is known about the EGO skills are: Overcharge (pumping up your character for enhanced attacks) and Decoy (unleashing clones of yourself to confuse enemies). The other two EGO powers have yet to be revealed.
